A sequence of several steps, approvals, notifications or actions.
A new screen, a tracking table, a feature built around the way you work.
An API connection with a third-party tool: accounting, payments, ERP, industry software.
A self-contained set: client portal, scheduling, field service, projects, stock.
Summaries, extraction, qualification, a business assistant, or an agent that runs part of a process.
Nothing is charged by surprise.

The scope is agreed with you, then quoted in credits.
For example 15–25 - You accept
Credits are set aside at that point, not before.
Charged on approval - It is built, and it is yours
The feature stays in your software. You never pay for it again each month.
Kept
It measures how complex an improvement is. The ranges on this page give an order of magnitude; the exact number depends on the scope and on the building blocks already available.
